In 1952, The Jaibatsume family founded a small business in Fukui, Jaibatsume’s Kimono Tailoring Services; the foundation of the business grew popular over the years and opened many other branches across all of Japan as technology evolved, drawing in customers from all over, eventually compelling them to rebrand under the Harecuts name in 1999, providing not only accessories and apparel but also cosmetic services.
