Kenzou was born of The Mawji Family and was arrange married into the Jaibatsume family to Yumi Jaibatsume.
He is the father to Mee-young Jaibatsume, Hana Jaibatsume, Eden Jaibatsume, Ga-yoon Jaibatsume, and Winter Celestiasume. Kenzou was a cruel, unforgiving and bitter man driven by ego and alcoholism; deeply unhappy with his life and his choices he took this out on Mee-young and Winter in the forms of physical and verbal abuse, often beating them or locking them in dark places where they would not be seen.
Later Kenzou would be stabbed and murdered using the Jaibatsume Relic at the hands of Winter.
